Changes in my work

There will be the report line change next Monday and I’ll report to a new manager who is my teammate. It will be he first time for me to have a Chinese manager after I joined the firm and I’m kind of looking forward to it as I feel that it’s a new journey to me. The new manager and I had a conversation this Friday, and I have a good impression of him because of his humble and honest attitude, although his positional title is low than my current manager. In general, I’m good to accept this change.

Another interesting change I’ve noticed is that it’s ok for me to do some work in my weekend. I still prefer not to work in my spare time however I no longer feel a strong conflict inside me.
