One of my strengths is acting as a middle man between upper management and my staff to ensure smooth and effective execution and damage control / reporting and feedback. (extra detail:) I’m skilled at understanding the top mgmt’s strategy and goals, before relaying it to team members and delegating appropriately to ensure effective execution. As well as being the middle man in communicating areas that we may need assistance with, or issues that come up to upper mangement in a timely manner.
