In some conservative companies, “clock in” time takes a considerable proportion in staff’s performance. To conceal the real “clock in” time, sometimes colleagues help others to clock it. Then companies start to prevent this confused situation by “face recognition” technology, and force staffs concur to confer their face portrait into system. Managers think they can calculate staff’s working time. But compared with the reality, they don’t considerate about the horrible commute environment, and lots of global meetings which is out of 8 hours working time. For my opinion, don’t waste of time on working form, please concentrate on the results.

Then companies start to prevent this confused situation by “face recognition” technology, and force staffs agree to grant access to their face portraits in the system. Managers think they can calculate the working time of staff but compared with the reality, they don’t consider about the horrible commute experience / the horrible commute, and lots of global meetings which is in excess of 8 hours / which exceeds 8 hours /  which is out of an 8 hour work day. In my opinion, don’t waste of time on rules and regulations, please concentrate on the results, and managers should confer with some modern company’s mangers to learn from them about how to run a company.
