The story starts with a police getting kidnapped and conan and his 3 elementary friends fishing by the lake and then a remote controlled yacht came speeding down carrying a red balloon and then the balloon was shot by a person that Conan discovered with his binoculars that is holding a sniper rifle. Then they went to the scene of the crime with the police and found a computer with a number that I can’t remember printed on it and then the last 3 numbers were 162 so they started to look for a road that on to 162 that looks like the river that they were fishing in and they finally found one but they waited for a long time at the place at the expected time when the crime should happen but nothing happen. And just 30 minutes before hte crime happening time, Conan discovered a new discovery. The numbers in the computer held backwards were 291 bla bla and the etc is a selection of the alphabet. So they rushed and they realised that the alphabet is the same as a train that would be turning up at exactly the time when the crime happens so they got on and discovered that the one that was holding the sniper rifle was originally a police that was captured by an evil people.

So they rushed and they realised that the letters were the same as a train line that would be turning up at exactly the time when the crime happens so they got on and discovered that the one that was holding the sniper rifle was originally a policeman that was captured by an evil people / by a gang.
