The primary responsibility of my role is user experience design which discover users potential requirements and settle their pain points when they are using a tool by the principle of design thinking. Firstly, we need to specify the problem, brainstorming from surrounding scenarios and sophisticated conditions. Then，we need to prioritize the problems and brainstorm the ideal concepts for these high-level problems. Meanwhile, don’t refuse any unexpected concepts, each concept has its own value. Finally, we need to run a swift usability test and validate which concepts is the best. These progress is Design Thinking methodology.
