MB is in the bathroom and he sees him in the mirror with the horn and he goes to the clinic / dentist and he presses the doorbell, and the secretary is scared of MB because he has the horn in his mouth. Next he tells the secretary the tooth is on his finger so he wants to pull off the tooth on his finger. Then he goes in the clinic and the patients are scared of MB. After that, the secretary asks who’s next. The patients says “he is” because they’re scared of MB so if MB goes first so they won’t be scared anymore.

Then he is scared of the silhouette of the dentist. Then he pass out in the clinic.

Then he is scared of the silhouette of the dentist so he passes out in the chair which is at the clinic.
