In spite of the fact that the world is undergoing various changes in recent years, family topic remains one of the most heatedly discussed issue, especially the one related to share the equal housework task with men and women.

First of all，one obvious argument in its favor is that women feel pressure to do the housework alone after work. It is because that compared with conventional women who don’t need to work, modern women are exhausted by work everyday. A convincing example is that the rate of marriage is continuously declining in recent years because of women’s big pressure of marriage, such as raising children, property controversy and so on. Women no longer think housework should be their own responsibility in the family and there is no gender diversity in the workplace, and both women and men need to work over 8 hours. That’s why women need a partner like men to share the responsibility of housework equally.

Apart from women feel pressure to do the housework alone after work, another reason is that men should spare more time to take care of children. Some researches show that children with father’s companionship are more clever than those who have lack of father’s companionship, by which I mean father’s companionship is an essential in children stage of development. Therefore, father should take charge of the housework with their wife.

Nevertheless, it is true to some degree that women are more good at housework than men because of their patient and carefullness. However, considering a balanced happy marriage life, we need to advocate men take charge of the housework with their wife, sister and mother together.

In conclusion, I am firmly convinced of the opinion that men and women should share the housework tasks equally. Mainly because of women’s pressure to be housekeeper as well as the beneficial of father’s companionship to children. In fact, nowadays in many countries, women are still housekeeper in the majority of common families. People should apply themselves to advocate that men should take more responsibility to the housework tasks equally.
