I’m already 42 years old and in china the current environment is not friendly to the middle year people and I’m not sure I can find what type of new job so maybe I think I can do the 2 things. One is I consist to study English and pay the more attention to that, but you know it’s a long term things so it cannot help me to acquire something shortly. I think I’m good at in the sales and marketing for the consumption goods industry including FMCG, and home appliances. I think this is my advantage and I have some expertise for the internet marketplace. Especially ecommerce. And the third I accumulate a lot of the management experience for lead the big team. You know in the past time I had leaded more than 400 people team. In this environment I think the high salary is more difficult. I just want find a job. If I deserve it and they can pay that. Due to this reason, I’m afraid they haven’t confidence to hire me so I think I cannot get this type of opportunity and the other difficulty is the high position is more less than before. So if I lose currently job I will face a very challenge period to find a new job. So this my first consider thing. The second thing is I think maybe I can do some own business such as I said the jewelry or other traditional business such as reseller. Maybe it’s an easy way to find a new job. But I don’t have any idea for the future. I’m afraid the future will be more challenging than currently because you know the china environment and the policy is not can encourage the economic turnaround.
