Past 2 days were a very memorable milestone in my life, and felt very shame about it, because I couldn’t via English to express my presentation very clearly.
On the day before yesterday, a special thing was when I introduced my strategies of next year for PDD, our GCO(global commercial officer) asked me “Can you use Chinese say it again?”, because he is a Chinese-Canadian, so he can understand mandarin. So, when he asked me that question that means I didn’t utilize the English to deliver my message to them clearly. Even so, he still could not understand my opinion when I spoke the Chinese again. So, you can imagine that situation, so embarrassed and let me felt very frustrated.
Yesterday, I was invited by our gaming product division to introduce the playing field about social ecommerce such as Douyin, Bilibili, etc. But I only can speak Chinese due to a lot of materials and my colleague help me to translate. I also felt a little bit humiliating because all of the audiences were foreigners. I mean in our company, basically the English communication is an initial skill.
So after these days, one side is I felt I have achieved some improvements on my English, at least I can use English to say something, but on the other hand, it was more of pushing and motivation for my learning English as soon as possible.

we need to focus on products from 3-5 years ago and make a good relationship with PDD and we need to make more different stores because we want to do better with PDD. If we want to do better with PDD we need to get more from PDD like people visiting our PDD store page and get more discounts on our products from PDD
