i got back on last Thursday

Yesterday I woke up at about 8:30 and then I spent half an hour on preparing for my meeting in the morning. Then I took part in the daily stand up meeting at 9AM. After the stand up meeting I organised the online collaborative coding activity with group members, and then I ate some chocolate as my breakfast. Usually I eat bread and drink milk / I have bread and milk for my breakfast but yesterday I had limited time to have breakfast. I booked a class at 10:15 so I didn’t have enough time to prepare for my breakfast so that I chose chocolate for my breakfast. After finishing the chocolate I walked to raffles city shopping mall, not far away from my home. I went there to have my first gym class due to the fact that it’s the first class for me, so we spent like 15 minutes to do some basic tests like my weight and my height and the coach also let me to stand on a specific machine to test my body fat, and then we spent like 10 minutes to discuss about my future training plan, and in the last half an hour the coach showed me how to do some basic training routines which I can also do them by myself at home. So that’s my first gym class.
