Writing exercise

Today, I have written an email to my dotted line manager to update the information of Temu. So, through this class I want you could correct me how to write an accuracy email.
Hi Beatrice,
Eva and I had a short meeting with Temu this afternoon to discuss the potential opportunities and initiatives.
1. Background: since Temu team was approached by Chinese distributors to sell local products to the world, but they cannot proceed because China sales team reject their authorization applications, which is violate our polices for terroirs.
Hence, the Temu wants to expand their biz to via cooperation with the Logitech HQ.
2. Category size: according to this conversation, the total peripheral device size of Temu was more than $23M in 2023, and the target for 2024 is more than $100M. The mainly market is North America and Europe, both totally contribute GMV more than 80%.
The No.1 brand is Mofei and they secure IHS is almost 10%, and Temu has biz with China’s distributors of Razer & Corsair, just non-official cooperation.
3. Opportunities: in my opinion, one is we could customize a series of products to leverage Temu to exploring developing countries, because they told us expand to Southeast Asia, South America, South Asia is their priorities for 2024.
On the other hand, we also could through Temu model to optimize the margin rate of some specific products. You know they just require we provide net prices and deliver products to storages in Guangdong and Hongkong, and then they will responsible for sell to the world without any logistic, marketing, promotion and commission costs.
Essentially, the Temu model is a “Fully value chain abroad to oversea” solution, which is included whole of the operation funnels.

Above all, I believe we should given the Temu’s speed to cooperate with them, but need to avoid over competitive price to shock exist market profits.
If you have any questions pls feel free to call me, thanks.
