Speaking exercise

The night was foggy and dark. Light still shone from the little wooden shed, lighting the front yard with a very dim glow. MB limped out of the front door into the yard towards the ashwood made shed. MW suddenly opened the door an slammed the door right onto MB’s already pain filled leg making it even more pain filled. MB scream filled the night and the crows were shocked nearly to death and they lay there for a minute faking death. MW pulled out a mallet from the shred and threw it at MB while yelling at him “get rid of that rat right now!!”and luckily MB didn’t catch the mallet in time with it banging on his double pain filled leg and he yelled again making the crow which just stood up feign death again. MB goes to the kitchen and sets a new makeshift trap using a bucket, a ruler and a piece of super duper thin thread. He took the bucket and supported it with the ruler and placed a piece of cheddar cheese with a small bell attached to it so if the mouse takes the cheese, the bell will ring. Next MB attached a string to the ruler so then if he pulls the string from the other end the bucket will collapse, trapping the mouse. So then MB went into the living room and closed the door towards the kitchen waiting for the rat to ring the bell. Meanwhile, MW threw open the shed door while gasping for a cup of tea and making her way towards the kitchen and popping the kettle onto the stove, ready to make a nice hot cuppa.
