In the past days of this week, I did a big thing which was I fired a colleague on Tuesday, because I felt her improve herself too slow to qualify her job.
In my view, I don’t care the beginning position of staff ability, I really care about the coachable, which means ability of study and intelligence of deep dive knowledge (their ability to do sth) are so important. These qualities can determine the career future.
After this action, I felt her boss perceived a little risk to herself, because she didn’t get any notice about this decision from me. Actually, I really want fired her as well, due to same reason, non-coachable, especially cannot fit to social ecommerce, such as Douyin, Xiaohongshu……and I look forward to recruiting freshmen in our team, and I believe they can bring a positive atmosphere in the workplace.
The day after tomorrow, I will deal with the end of quarter. We need submit the performance to headquarter, but you know we encounter the negative economy environment and consumption shrink. But fortunately, my boss accept I can cut a little number of targets.
