This week I have done two important missions, one of which was chase the performance progress more than 10%, and the other was held a Top-to-Top conference with PDD commercial management team.
I wanna share the learnings from PDD T2T meeting. I think first thing is we need to reorganize our GTM model, especially in the value chain could be rebuilding. For example, in the current China etail marketplace, platforms control the traffic and want establish different cognization between each other, and then they need to cooperate directly with manufacturers, because these paths can be make the more efficient than all of the traditional distribution models.
In the past time, we needed to distribute products to resellers, and utilized resellers framework to find the proper channel retailors, whom could help us to sell our products to consumers. This chain is too long to improve effectiveness, but now, we just one hand make agreements with platforms such as JD.com, Taobao, PDD etc. and other hand negotiate with our distributors to handle the price order in the China’s online market.
The key to this new model is that it not only can arise the efficiency such as save cost, enhance order control… but also can be elevating reflection from market. So I’m very excited for this learning, I believe it could help us to make improvements for next fiscal year.

The key to this new model is that it not only can raise / increase / improve efficiency such as saving costs / cost savings, enhancing order control… but also can increase the speed at which we’re able to react and respond to the market / increase our market reactivity. So I’m very excited about this learning, as I believe it could help us to make improvements for the next fiscal year.
