Last week we held a brainstorming meeting with management team to discuss how to optimize China’s organization and business strategies.
I think it was an honest and frank discussion for the performance next year, because we not only forecasted challenges and opportunities, but fully reflected current problems and mistakes. Even my boss admitted his faults on stage and expressed his thoughts about futures.
If I have to mention one thing that was imperfect, which was we hadn’t had enough time to figure out these issues, such as deeply dive the reason of performance difficulties and talk about how to make the business to advance. However, I think this conference was very timely and useful to develop our business for the next year.
Back to myself, I visited Kuala Lumpur and Meleka in Malaysia, such as National Islamic Museum, Islamic Culture Museum, especially Baba & Nyonya Heritage Museum in Meleka, where I saw some very high society status people had visited this building, whom are the ex-President Jintao Hu, ex-Premier Keqiang Li, Member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Party Leji Zhao. Through this travelling I expanded my knowledges with east-south culture and history.
