After our last class I think the big thing is my boss give me more responsibilities to advertise our category promotion video across the social platform. I think the most element is he was shocked by our competitors such as wei jian. As wei jin’s methodology / way he published a lot of video in bilibili and create their own traffic and fans, and all of the traffic is free and direct to the jin dong.com and convince them to buy them. He want to copy this method. I need approach some ideas advertisement agency next week and I want to get some information from there. My responsibility is just publish and optimise the advertise strategies. All of the videos produced by my peers, the category manager team so I think the produce agency is from there. I just give the content feedback and optimise the publish strategy. So if I find the video is not fit in the bilibili or douyin I will give the feedback to them and hope that they adjust the video to adapt the platform.
