what agent can be used to monitor?

The data collection capability across different ecommerce platforms is one of the key points we need to look at

Firstly I need to get some idea of which agents we have used in the past and what the result of this cooperation was / how successful this cooperation was, including a list of their key capabilities.

Need to do:
track the consumer journey across the platform, including time spent in the platform doing activities such as viewing videos, how much time spent in other stores, other platforms, as well as whether they make a purchase, the amount spent on purchases, the types of products purchased, interaction with advertising etc.

to be able to analyse where our company sits compared to / analyse how our company compares to competitiors according to the data that has been collected, what the trends are for our company and the whole market

to be able to give our team access to a dashboard which is able to produce customised reports based on selected criteria that we’re able to control ourselves

what criteria can be used to choose them?

The top 3 main competitors and price ranges of key successful products, number of units, market share of each company.

The key competitor is weijian which produces mechanical keyboards, which sell for between 200-300 RMB which is undercutting our company’s prices by around 500 RMB

our price point is quite awkward, in that none of our products have features that exceed what weiwuji can offer in their products, and all of weijian’s products are priced below ours.
