Firstly, we couldn’t timely adjust our focus to social ecommerce, because our internet understanding was old-school, so we are always infatuated with JD.com, because we indeed expand our business under their supports.
Secondly, we employ lots of experienced staff who are last century worker, not only lack sense of internet or ecommerce, but also just understand distributor management instead of channel management, and they occupy a big budget of salary, I mean they are our senior employees of management. We need to recruit some fresh blood to increase our team ability.
Finally, as a crucial part of keys, is our product. Due to design from global, we could not adapt to aggressive and strong competitive environment in China. The local competitors invent lots of high attractive products, which are not only have many pioneer features but also lower price than us. This strategies make them very successful in China, especially all of the consume ability is downing to cost-effective trend.
So, to sum up, I believe we need to make a internal revolution to win the future.
