So, I certainly hope we can get a excellent results, but the facts was opposite. Although my boss gave me a forecast which was this D11 will face a big challenge, he was unhappy with this performances, due to cliff drop.
The more important is the market share of our competitors was over than us, that made us very embarrassed and shamed obviously, because we always is the Top1 brand in our industry. But this quarter we have to ensure profits and margins is much important than get volume or revenue, so we felt a little bit helpless. Certainly, I believe we could improve in somehow areas or points as well, but now, it seems too late.
Under such pressure, next week become very crucial, because the Sat. is end of D11, the final battle, so we must do our best in these days.
However, for the ecommerce business, firstly we need calm down and analyst situation, and then we find opportunities. Necessary we could search and purchase enough traffics and display position in website.
In fact, we could get a big chance which is influencer promote our products in live streaming. But my boss doesn’t like it, he believes this way just get a short-term result. So, it’s a pity, wish me have good luck in next week.
