On the other hand, Douyin as a new competitor, they created a totally different way to help manufacturers to get increase, which makes all of brand company feel bright. Whether in the overall operation methodology or in the new product lunch and incubate growth, are different from Tmall & JD.com.
For example, we could explore unique sales point deeply through short video on Douyin, and then we can have a test with advertisements to prove that which video is most effective. Once someone clicks this video, he/she will be tag a crowd’s label and connected to the product. If this user logs in APP next time, this goods will be recalled by algorithm to recommend for the user. It could improve the effectiveness with merchandise promotion and can drive goods sales volume extremely, due to it is can help brand to break cycle.
The essential of this way is very similar with Tmall’s recommendation logic, but Ali have a big separation between recommendation Dep. and research Dep., so the labels of users cannot be maximized. I believe this is a big problem in Tmall, which has a very big historical burden.
