strengths – have a lot of patience, are very perceptive + examples

weaknesses – have a tendency to be pessimistic, too high standards for yourself + examples

TRIP (an accronym for….) – very creative and hands on and very practical

Science – I excel at science and am the leader, also very creative, hands on and practical

Both of these can help me to learn how to work independently as well as part of a team

How do you handle stress and pressure?
When I find myself in a stressful situation I take a deep breath and I imagine myself on a nice calm river and then I come back to the task at hand and I feel that I’m better able to focus on it.
