Hello, I’m Paul. I live in Shanghai with my family and graduated from Nanjing University,and had a master degree in marketing.
In my past19 years experience after graduated, I have worked and started my own business, but unfortunately, the business failed.
And I have worked in four companies: Coca-Cola, PepsiCo, Logitech, and Alibaba. I have been in charge of region sales Dep., channel marketing, brand marketing, etail in Logitech China, and industry operations for Tmall&Taobao of Alibaba.
I belive that these experiences can help me have more diverse understanding for platform or brand company. Understanding both frontline excution and HQ strategy, having a brand sense or rules design of internet platforms understanding.
I think the e-commerce of Logitech in China facing heavy pressure. because local competetors are very aggressive strategies, use key features beyond ours and more cheaper than ours, it is very usefull to attract tagertusers. This statergey had be proven that it was work, such as P&G lose also.
At meantime, China’s e-commerce platforms have a huge changes, because the economy faces challenges and difficulties.

I’m the kind of leader who: when I face big challenges, including negative business trends, I have the ability to turn it around and come up with accurate insights into the issues that we’re facing while remaining determined to make the changes necessary, to push the business in the right direction.

I think the e-commerce of Logitech in China is facing high pressure / a huge amount of pressure because local competitors have very aggressive strategies, use key features beyond ours, and are much cheaper than ours, which is very useful to attract target users. This stategy had been proven to work, for example in the case of P&G who also lost maket share to this strategy.
In the meantime, China’s e-commerce platforms have a huge change, because the economy faces challenges and difficulties, with a lot of people losing their jobs, which has resulted in more and more citizens only being able to afford low end products. So, more and more people are using platforms such as PDD, with more customers paying greater attention to price and shopping around to find the best deal.
