Grammar

In 2020 it increased by 49% which equals 200m RMB

by = difference between things

which = and it
eg. I have a pen and it is black = I have a pen which is black

Vocabulary

DIY is stable at 3% / DIY occupies 3%

The other category remained stable from 2021 onwards

balance reached (the balance has been reached) = already done
balance development (the balance process is in development) = still need to do it

over a 2-3 year period we saw huge growth in 3p due to JD’s commission policy, with 1P decreasing / shrinking from 2021 to 2022 by around 10%.
