Dear Sora,
This is Grace from the Shanghai office Finance team. I hope this email finds you well.
I am writing this email to ask for your help with the MPC express delivery service.
Recently, we changed the store parcel storage process, to deliver the store parcel directly to the warehouse instead of the HK office. However, we found that even though stores wrote the warehouse’s address, MPC still sent those parcels to the HK office (please see the first attachment). As informed by one of our / According to one of our HK colleagues, it might be because we only signed a fixed price with MPC for delivering the store parcels to the HK office. If it is / if this is the case, could you please help to coordinate this case with PMC to allow stores delivering the parcels to the warehouse?
Looking forward to your reply. Thank you.
