I wake up at 8:40am usually, and go to the office at 9am during the week. My working time start at 10am, and lunch time is from 12am to 1:30pm, and I will take a coffee or tea after lunch mostly. I get off work around 8 to 9pm normally, but every Thursday I will finish my work at 6:30pm, and go to dancing class. I arrive at home around 9 to 10pm, and I feed my cat with snacks which is his favorite.

I went to hospital for MRI scanning yesterday, because my doctor said that my glenoid labrum might be injured which was caused my thigh painful and the image report will be ready on next Tuesday.
I will take a good sleep tomorrow, because I had a cold and coughed all night which was made me sleepy. And I will go running at park in the afternoon.
