Ok let’s set up our alignment / let’s gather ourselves together and get our alignment setup
Set up your posture first. Starting with pulling your seat bone back, so you can sit upright. Make sure the 4 corners of your pelvis are rooted to the floor. Your knees should be slightly lower than your hip crease. Gently close your eyes and begin watching your breath. Let your breath guide your posture. Where your breath goes, let your awareness follow (putting your awareness on this part of your body). As you’re breathing out, feel your breath decending into your pelvis floor (apana), like you’re planting a seed. And as you inhale, the seeds become rooted and you inflate your chest and feel the trees blossoming from the seeds (prana). Take a few breaths and keep this image in your mind throughout your breathing.
