Yesterday i had some disagreement with my working parterner becasue she wanted to get more certainty before one project started while I preferred to choose a more professional supplier first and work on the project later together. According to my understanding of the business model, we can only get profit by choosing young professional suppliers to get a relatively low price and repackaging their art works or co-creating the art pieces with them by embedding our ideas and selling the final products to the end customers in a higher price. My parterner always wants to find a more professional and mature suppliers with a lower price, which i think it’s very challenge and it might cost too much time. I explained my ideas and the fundamental business model to her and she disagreed that good work were always time-consuming. I insisted that firstly we need decide an OK supplier to start the work rather than spend more time on choosing the right one. I chose two suppliers and asked her which one was better and which direction she would go. She was very reluctant and could not choose only by the profile of the suppliers and required to see other information about the suppliers. I lost my patience and did not want to talk to her thus i went to take a shower. Later, she started to compromise that we choose one first and asked me how to follow up ? i did not reply her until next day evening to let her understand my mood and build up my boundary.
