China is a diversity country because of its vast territory and 56 minority ethnic groups .We always emphasize that we are a big family but in which every family member has their own personalities, similarly,it’s a gorgeous large garden which has 56 kinds of flowers.China pursue/promote a big unity and social integration that we call it “求同存异”and‘大一统’national psychology which comes from a deep/profound historical background.We allow and protect our respective characteristics,that means the integration is not a fully culture assimilation.I’ve never felt sensitive about minorities and there aren’t any discriminations on it.I believe we will have a better and better relationship in the future based on the good situation we have now,and as I know people who around me are really proud of the different cultures and have confidence in the our relationship.
Part2.
Our training center is a franchise school that belong to a chain brand,anyway,I don’t think there are anything distinctive about our courses and environment which can attract kids and their parents.Moreover,I’m not happy with the courses that the headquarter provided to us,so I had to search some more interesting and trendy courses.Furthermore,the enrollment period has started,so the principle asked all of us to go outside where in the local area during working our to hand out flyers and try to make appointments of/for trail class(trial class appointments?) ,but we can’t get much commissions.So,because of what I’ve mentioned above,I don’t think this kind of promotion activities would go well/is going to work.
