thermos – a bottle for keeping liquid hot / cold

barebones – empty / very simple / not much in there
eg. our team was very barebones when I first started in the company

eg. his attitude to his staff is contradictory to his personality that he shows us

stingy – sb who doesn’t want to give much to others eg money, gifts, sharing..
eg. he’s so stingy!
