I go back to my work this week. I’m working for the logistics department and recently due to the CNY it’s hard for us to book the flight from italian to shanghai so we hold the cargo in italian and ship out after the CNY so this week I’m quite busy on this thing / the shipments. I asked the quotations from many forwarding companies and I choose the DHL to be the forwarder. DHL is an international company and it has many businesses like express and container shipping and train and sea. The first thing is to fix the problems of shipment and second thing was, after one week’s holidays the store was out of stock so the merchandising team gave us a really big order so me and my warehouse work together to work out the plan of outbound. The first one is regarding the imports and the next one is the allocation to stores and the third thing start from this April we are going to combine the warehouses and the suppliers so we have to start the RFP.
