In my work, I often need to deal with different people, and celebrities are one kind of them. In the eyes of the public, celebrities are mysterious as they only show their good appearance in public including good looking, nice dressing and their specific character. Actually, as a member of this industry, I know that all of the above are designed by their agent, so they are also products to their agent or company. Usually in my work, I have to communicate with their agent to handle all parts which involve celebrity. Generally, they have a list for all details including the standard or custom of transportation, catering, pick up, security and selected hair and make-up. When I receive the list, I will arrange all things accordingly. For example, for 1st tier celebrities, they are very strict in security work, before their arriving, I need to clear the site and leave only the necessary staffs, and all staffs must submit their mobile or stick the camera of their mobile. Besides, at least 4-6 Personal bodyguards must follow from the beginning to the end. For sure, there must be independent dressing room and rest space. In order to make all things smoothly, we have a position which is called celebrity handler, he will accompany the agent on site and be responsible for all detail’s arrangement and communicate with the crew at any time.
