last week we were organising a TB in our department we have 3team so these 3 team is going to have each individual TB with it’s team members. so our principal is when you do the TB you should keep have the cash oriented in my mind and you can not go somewhere overnight you need to have a TB one day and come back. And one team really control the whole budget of this whole team’s TB. And other 2 teams is really go with the principle. They just find somewhere to have a lunch, just have a small activity just for 1 day.
