For more than 20 years, Heidi Chen followed Richard Freeman learning for many years.
She is good at anatomy, trains KMI, knows from Buddhism teacher Jules Levison, and Sanskrit with Marcia Solomon.
Her footprint throughout the United States, Europe, Thailand, including 200 hours of three times Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga teacher training, twice Ashtanga level 2 series of training, and has repeatedly served as the teacher training assistant. She has over 20 years as a yoga teacher, with her training being held throughout the United States, Europe, China, and Taiwan. She has spent 15 years under the guidance of Richard Freeman (life). Heidi has also been studying with Buddhist teacher Jules Levison, and Sanskrit teacher Marcia So0lomon.

Her yoga education and learning is extensive, notably including 200 hours of numerous Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga teacher trainings, and two Ashtanga level 2 series trainings.
