When we talk about food, it is the necessary and primary choice of daily life. What we chose to eat everyday? Which one is your choice standard
? Health, happiness or cost.

When I was a teenager, following the trend among young people, I liked to lose weight even though I was not fat. I learned a lot about healthy diet and try to eat anything with less fat and carbs.

After I went to work, because of the work pressure and emotion situation, I started to binge eating and drinking and dropped in a vicious circle for a long time.

Then I decided to change my work place, adjust my department and work load, and the most important is do not push myself to hard, I had a better relationship with food.

Currently, I have not binge eating habits and I can eat anything I want without restrictions. I feel more happy and relaxed.

The process teaches me how to deal with a difficult problem, which is not force yourself to do anything, just find a smart way to hit the mark. And don’t forget to think about your goal whether is right and lasting.
