According to the above contents, I guess if something has no effect to my survival ,then it will difficult to remember,because our brain think it’s not so imprtant. So if I want to make my memory work more efficient and have an improvement, I need to connect the memory materials with my survival needs or use them in a meaningful way and make them more practical .Such as push myself using what I’v learned in real situations as often as possible,so they can become a necessary part of my daily life.And at the same time, create a pleasant learning process and figure out some method to enhance my enthusiasm.
