Before I went out for work I had taken a shower in the morning because I didnāt sleep well at Saturday night and i wanted to refresh myself through this way.I have just decided to go to bed earlier today.

I watched a video about memory a few days before, it said that there are three points have the greatest impact on our memory.
One is that if you are trying to remember something that directly connect with your survival,which is your survival skills, you will learn them easily and fast ,and these things are not easy to forget as time goes by.Another point is related to our emotion,it has been improved by an experiment that when we learning some something in a happy atmosphere, then we can remember them for a longer time without remembering them intentionally. The last one is make the information more meaningful,if the information itself donāt have any meaning, we should give them a meaning ,such as process them in our mind by using some kind of logic just like most memory experts did.
On top of that,the researchers found that our memory in these three situations are little different from Ebbinghaus forgetting curve.They are more efficient.
According to the above contents, I guess if something has no effect to my survival ,then it will difficult to remember,because our brain think it’s not so imprtant. So if I want to make my memory work more efficient and have an improvement, I need to connect the memory materials with my survival needs or use them in a meaningful way and make them more practical .Such as push myself using what Iāv learned in real situations as often as possible,so they can become a necessary part of my daily life.And at the same time, create a pleasant learning process and figure out some method to enhance my enthusiasm.
