I am currently struggling with a carrier decision:
Now: I am an accounting leader and leading a team of 4 people. I am working for same positing for more than 5 years.
Pro:
1. my new boss is easy to deal with, and caring about people, and the current position seems stable for next two years.
2. I am working for the sales company, business is good for the foreseeable future
Con: I cannot see any possible positive change in my career if I am stay with the current position.
New chance:
Working for financing company as a contract management leader.
Pro:
1. totally new area, new possibility in the auto financing business.
2. leading 20 people.
Con:
1. The job itself is not attractive
2. The company’s business might not as good as the sales company
3. My accounting carrier will be stop as this position is nothing to do with finance
