I was angry about a thing that happened yesterday.
I was asked to go to the office by our headmater and we had a conversation.She told me that all the other teachers were not satisfied with my performance as a teaching director. She emphasized that none of them trust me and they have many problems with me,besides that,she said it seems there’s no one wants to discuss with me about their problems at work to let me help them.
I’m so surprised by it so I said I never flet uncomfortable or distrustful when i working with other teachers,but she said they told her that and she suggested that I should have a talk with every teacher twice a month at lest to bring us closer and i should work harder.
I think if someone pointed that out,then this person colud have just talked to me directly and i don’t think it’s a negtive behavior because job is job.But the result was pretty drama after i massaged all other teachers about that . They told me these were nonsense and not to misunderstand them,also, they thought i work carefully and patiently .A young meal teacher went to headmaster”s office angrily and questioned her why she need to do that, she answered it was non of his business and he know nothing!
After that ,I learned that she considered that i wasn’t as good as she expected ,so she decided to stimulate me by this method.I just want to say :It’s really stupid and she made a simple thing became complicated.
