One of my best friends gave birth last week and she told us this good news excitedly . She showed us some pictures about her situation in the Women’s Hospital and from those pictures we were happy to known she was in a good condition. We chould see she was laying on a hospital bed n was going to had lunch on the bed n she looked into/at the camera (lens?) with a brilliant/bright smile. We all happy for her n her baby.
Besids, my nephew was 72 days old n it had heartbeat ! this week is all about new lives.

We could see she was laying / lying on a hospital bed n was going to have / she was about to have lunch on the bed n she looked into/at the camera / lens / camera lens with a brilliant/bright smile. We were all happy for her n her baby.
Besides this / On top of this / Also, my sister is 72 days pregnant and her baby has a heartbeat ! this week is all about new lives.
