I can see this picture have a boy.He walked to path ,then he fell and then he went to the fountain for washed hands.Maybe he fell hands very hurt. So he needs to see a doctor. Then he went to the hospital. The doctor bandaged for he ,and then tell he maybe two weeks for better.

There is a boy in the picture and he walked on a / the path, and he fell.  After that, he went to the fountain (“faaoonn ton”) to wash his hands. Maybe he felt his hands were very hurt / painful / sore, so he needs to see a doctor. Then he went to the hospital and the doctor bandaged (“ban dijd”) his hand for him, and then the doctor tells him “maybe it will take two weeks to become / get better”
