it is a little boy. He is lining up at the ice cream car because he wants ice cream. Mr Bean is looking at the menu. Mr Bean says “I want this one”. The ice cream man says “OK”. The ice cream man is making the ice cream for Mr Bean. Mr Bean has no money. He is so angry. The ice cream man gives the ice cream to the little boy, and the little boy gives money to the ice cream man. Mr Bean is going home because he has no money. Mr bean is running in the park to the ice cream car. Mr Bean sees so many children. Mr Bean is sad because there are so many children.
