Until now I have been working for 6 years, during this period, i transferred among four departments which is similar to transferred to a new job.

In terms of the first department, I felt happy at the beginning, because i am a new comer and the youngest, i knew nothing but nobody blamed me. To improve and adapt the work quickly, the boss arranged a supervisor who can teach me.

After I came to my current department, I nearly changed a industry, so i had a lot to learn but no one taught me ( the employee did this before has quitted). I adpated by myself and my boss gave me some supports. The first days were as usual without extremely happy or streeful, just step by step.
