Today, I got a phone call from my customer of metal part, she complained that she couldn’t use the part which we made it before. We knew that we made some mistake in several parts, but they asked us to remade the new one. That means we need to produce entire parts to them，I couldn’t accept their requirement
I think customer must respect supplier in the same level（equal level）, they couldn’t require us what they want.
