Nowadays, environmental issues affect all countries, so lots of environmental protection organizations from different countries and regions are arousing people’s attention to environmental protection in different ways. In July, in Croatia, people held an activity which is called “ July no plastic†in city square. “July no plastic†was born in Australia, and its major objective was to call on people to stop using disposable plastics and their products in every July. According to the report from BBC, plastic pollution is getting serious, and till year 2040, there will be more than 1 billion and 300 million tons plastics in the world. In coming 20 years, it is hard to calculate the exact number of the plastics., if we place all plastics on the ground, there will be 1.5 times UK land area. To some extent, COVID-19 has hindered the pace of stopping the use of plastic products. Some statistics showed that the consumption of disposable plastic products increased by 250%-300% because of the consumption growth of disposable tableware, packaging and personal protective equipment. It brought us some new questions: In order to avoid infection, we use some disposable materials, but are there any environmentally materials that can replace them, and who can help us to produce them?
