Writing exercise

I’ve made it into a routine of cooking myself every Sunday to develop my skills and eat healthier.last Sunday l’ve started off my first trial of making garlicky spaghetti. I’ve encountered different difficulties furring each steps – preparation, cooking and serving.

Dusting ingredient preparation, i messed up parsley and celery, and minced garlic terribly with a very dull knife. While I was cooking, the recipe’s guidance is saying heat the the skillet over medium- high, but in reality it was really hard to monitor the temperature. More challengingly Is that I’ve never boiled spaghetti before, so i have no sense how long should I cook, and how much salt should I add.
