eg. selling products to a company that won’t even use them is futile

reparation – money (compensation) you pay to make up for some wrong that you did to someone / country / people

the world is your oyster – you’re free and independent and can do whatever you want in the world

smug – Jeff Bezos’ face – sb who thinks they’re amazing and know everything

defrauded (v)
eg. I was defrauded by that company
