With the development of society, the progress of science and technology leads to more and more advanced artificial intelligence. Our jobs in the future will be changing. Whatā€™s the peroblems we will face in regard to work in the future and how can we to solve them?

I think that man and machines are differnet, machines can improve our quality of life, we need to focus on which jobs cannot be replaced by robots. Does Industry 4.0 have to lead to a work-related struggle between man and machines? donā€™t robots also offer us certain opportunities? Eamonn Fitzgerald, Business Spotlight. 3/2016, Based on an abridged version of the article.

klaus Schwab, executive chairman of the World Economic Forum, wroteļ¼šā€œThe current technological revolution need not become a race between humans and machinesā€¦ā€ Eamonn Fitzgerald, Business Spotlight. 3/2016, Based on an abridged version of the article. Is there really no competition?

I am happy to live in the present society. We can learn more new technology and we challenge ourselves every day.

Robots is a job killer for people but meanwhile robots will bring more new technology and info. For example: ā€œYumi is the worldā€™s first truly collaborative robot, abb sys of its latest tireless worker. Eamonn Fitzgerald, Business Spotlight 3/2016. People cantnot keep working more than 24 hours, but robots can do and robots can do more and more and they are also very efficient. Once, my father cooked and he picked a call up and then he forgot that he was cooking. In the end the dinner was failed. After a few months, my father bougt a robot that always reminder him of everything. Somethimes, rotbos are good to people and we need to study how to use it. I think ā€œtrainerā€ is a good job and training new users on how to use the robot. More and more robots will be used which means after-sale maintenance is a good job.

Robots are tacking over our jobs; it is a real thing. Human is progressing but we cannot compete with robots and we must attach importance to these probles. Millions of jobs will go as robots rise. Eamonn Fitzgerald, Business Spotlight. 3/2016. For example, too many people with limited cooking ability and old people and disabled cannot cooking by themselves, rotbots is a good assistant. The biggest benefit is the time saved and the food is health than fast food.

In coslusion, I donā€™t think people worried abot robot is job killer however the robot is a good helper. Robot and people working together to creat endless possibilities. We need to have good people and good robots to change our enviorment. People live longer and longer only when technology is more advanced.
