Hi,This email is regarding to the membership xxx of Bupa. I requested a 12 month visitor insurance for my mum who was suppose to come to Australia in February 2022,but for some reason she is going to come next year. I called Bupa for postponing the start date of her membership to next January 2 months ago,and I’ve noticed it has been charged for 2 month already. I’m asking for a refund or putting it into credit in her membership. Thanks

This email is regarding the membership number xxx of Bupa. I requested a 12 month visitor insurance for my mum who was suppose to come to Australia in February 2022, but due to circumstances related to COVID / due to circumstances outside our control she will be coming next year. I have already called Bupa twice over the last 6 months to postpone the start date of her membership for 3 months, and the last time I called was in March this year and I requested it to be postponed until next January 2023. However, I’ve noticed it has been charged for the last 2 months despite this.

Please provide a refund of the 2 months that have been charged, and please ensure that the account is postponed as I requested. Thanks so much.
