He got tooth ache at night and when he watched TV show. His tooth is loose. He made water into salt and drink the salt water and he find this salt water is not enough to treat his toothache so he add more salt into water, but his teeth keep hurt. Then he use fork to crush the ice but the fork is broken, and use ice to treat his tooth hurts.
