This is my count down to five class with Jesse.

For the recently one month, I was tired with my downpipe repair. I live in the third floor in an old department which built in 1990s, there were a lot of small whole in the ironicdownpipe, when it rained, my neighborhoods who live under me or under 1 floor (I mean they live in the 1st floor and the 2nd floor )knocked my door, kindly reminded me that their ceiling were dropping water all day long.So we asked the Property Service company to repair the water pipe, at the beginning they promised it was free of charges but at the end they found the problem was much more complicated so they asked for payment, we discussed a lot and waited for one month to solve it.
It was an exhausting experience for me, my boyfriend suggested me next time once someone make a promise, I had better ask him or her to write down in black and white.I will learn from this lessen.

I live on the third floor in an old apartment which was built in the 1990s, and / so there were a lot of small holes in the iron drainpipe. When it rained, all of my neighbors who live under me on the 1st and 2nd floor knocked on my door, and kindly reminded me that their ceilings were leaking all day long. So we asked the Property Service company to repair the drainpipe, and at the beginning they promised it was free of charge but at the end they found the problem was much more complicated so they asked for payment. We discussed it a lot and waited for one month to solve it.
